The administrative and clinical burden associated with tracking codes, transcribing forms, remitting payments, and running reports were leading to dissatisfied staff and administrative overhead. As the group added physicians, opened a pharmacy, and implemented drugs, CareCloud was there to help scale billing without creating an administrative burden.
The powerful custom-reporting and analytics built into the CareCloud platform have helped deliver powerful insight into the financial, administrative and clinical performance of the entire group. Month-end reports now run 80% faster, while ad-hoc reporting provides critical checks for every stage of the revenue cycle to hone in specific data such as how quickly claims are submitted or revenue trends per office.
Staff logs into the CareCloud command center to manage schedules, patient flow and the day-to-day administration of the practice. Greater efficiency in the process has allowed the group to see more patients per day. Understanding the impact staffing models have on practice success, Corpus Christi decided to outsource billing to CareCloud’s RCM experts, who helped boost the first pass resolution rate (FPRR) from 87% to 95%.
