Albert Santalo, Chairman President & Chief Executive Officer ceo@carecloud.com Mr. Santalo is President and CEO of CareCloud Corporation. An experienced entrepreneur, he founded the Company in 2009 with the vision of becoming a healthcare information technology leader focused on eliminating the waste and inefficiency in the healthcare industry today. Previously, Mr. Santalo was Founder and Chairman of Avisena, a software-enabled revenue cycle management company in the healthcare industry where he worked from 2004 to 2008. He is the lead inventor and has a U.S. patent pending for Avisena's Accounts Receivable Management Methodology. Mr. Santalo also has extensive experience in working with Global 2000 companies, assisting them with business process transformation. He previously worked at The Hackett Group/Answerthink (NASDAQ: HCKT), a management and technology consulting firm, where he served as Director in the IT Transformation and Strategy Practice. Some of his global clients included Bausch and Lomb, Ivax Pharmaceuticals, Roche Pharmaceuticals, AOL/Time Warner, Waste Management, 3Com Corporation, Republic Industries, Florida Power and Light, ADP/TotalSource, Alliance Data Systems, Precision Response Corporation, AutoNation USA, and First Data Corporation. Santalo has also held several leadership positions at information technology consulting and outsourcing firms. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Florida International University and is a member of various industry associations. He is the recipient of the FIU 2004 Charles E. Perry Visionary Award for outstanding alumni and was inducted to the FIU Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2006. |

Richard Lopez del Rincon Executive Vice President Richard Lopez del Rincon assumed the role of Executive Vice President of CareCloud Corporation in January 2010. He is responsible for the management, growth and leadership of the Sales, Marketing and Implementation functions throughout the organization. Mr. Lopez del Rincon is an experienced sales, marketing and revenue cycle management (RCM) executive and entrepreneur. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Avisena where over a five-year period the company grew an average of 55% per year. Mr. Lopez del Rincon's career spans across Professional Employment Organizations/HR Outsourcing Companies (PEOs), Pharmaceuticals, and the University/Academia sector. At ADP TotalSource, a division of ADP (NASDAQ: ADP), he held several senior leadership positions including Vice President of Client Services and Director of Sales. Before joining ADP, Lopez del Rincon spent 4 years as an integral member of the management team at Vincam Human Resources, a fast growing PEO where his contributions lead to their acquisition by ADP in March, 1999. Mr. Lopez del Rincon holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Miami (UM).

Luis San Miguel Chief Financial Officer Luis San Miguel assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of CareCloud Corporation in January 2010. Mr. San Miguel is responsible for all accounting and finance functions including treasury, planning, and financial reporting. Mr. San Miguel also has responsibility over human resources and administration. Mr. San Miguel previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Oceania Cruises, Inc. where he actively participated in the negotiations and sale of a majority interest in Oceania to Apollo Management VI, L.P. for $275 million. Mr. San Miguel also served as Chief Financial Officer for Answerthink Consulting Group where he directed the completion of an Initial Public Offering of Answerthink's common stock and integrated five acquisitions over a two year period beginning with the company's inception. Mr. San Miguel also served as Chief Financial Officer at Yupi Internet, Inc. and held a number of finance roles at Burger King Corporation and KPMG where he served as VP of Finance of the Strategic Services Consulting division which accounted for $500 million of annual revenues prior to his departure. Mr. San Miguel graduated from Fordham University in New York City in 1981 with a dual major in public accounting and finance and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPAs. |

Thomas Packert Chief Technology Officer Thomas Packert is Chief Technology Officer at CareCloud, where he is responsible for identifying technologies and managing implementations of CareCloud's proprietary systems to maximize the scalability, flexibility and productivity for the physicians and their respective businesses. His mission is to deliver high productivity, secure and compliant systems for all stakeholders. Tom Packert comes to CareCloud with numerous years of experience in developing healthcare billing systems, healthcare supply chain and financial reporting systems for HMOs. Prior to CareCloud, Mr. Packert was Vice President Information Management for Visible Assets, a proprietary RFID systems vendor with unique low frequency RuBee technology. In this role, Mr. Packert, developed a wide variety of web based visibility solutions based on open source technologies for orthopedic device manufacturers and multiple hospitals that resulted in significant revenue enhancement, supply chain efficiencies and patient safety enhancements. Prior to Visible Assets, Packert was VP of Information Technology at Neighborhood Health Partnership (NHP) a Miami based HMO where he oversaw an IT department of 50 and budget of $10 million. Implemented Zero Based Budget for IT department, reduced telecomm budget by 50%, reduced software maintenance budget by 15%, implemented HIPAA privacy, security and transaction rules as well as the 2004 Medicare Drug programs, iImplemented work flow tools for printed materials production and approvals. |

Carlos Escobar Vice President of Software Development Carlos Escobar is Vice President of Software Development at CareCloud, where he is responsible for managing both the in-house and external software development teams. His mission is to oversee the people and processes that leverage CareCloud's proprietary systems to drive improvements for physicians and their respective businesses. Escobar comes to CareCloud with numerous years of experience in developing and managing superior technology-enabled business processes. Prior to CareCloud, Escobar was Vice President of Business Process Improvement for Avisena, a software-enabled revenue cycle management company in the healthcare industry. In this role, Escobar led initiatives that helped the company achieve operational excellence, reduce costs and improve service quality. He initially began at Avisena as the Director of Operations where he built and managed a team of up to 160 employees in the service delivery area. Prior to his 7 year tenure at Avisena, Escobar was a Regional Sales Engineer Manager for Pinnacor, formerly Screaming Media, (NASDAQ: PNCR). Escobar has received extensive Six Sigma training and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University as well as an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami. |
