CareCloud has appointed a financial planning veteran with more than 20 years of experience as its chief financial officer.
In his new role, Noel Marsden now oversees the technology company’s financial and legal operations. He was most recently senior VP, treasurer and head of finance for Miami-based Brightstar Corp.’s Logic, Halo and Flex services. Prior to that, he held executive roles in financial operations at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, Brightpoint and Aearo Technologies.
“Noel brings to CareCloud a deep expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning along with an outstanding track record of managing financial operations to support growth and investments,” said Ken Comée, CEO of CareCloud. “This experience will be invaluable to CareCloud as we accelerate our transformation from an apps-focused company to an enterprise platform company serving more complex, high-growth medical groups.”
Marsden earned a master’s in finance from Purdue University and a bachelor’s in computer engineering from Michigan State University. He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA).
CareCloud is growing rapidly as it adds partnerships with major companies such as Google and rolls out new products as part of its its cloud-based revenue management system and electronic health record services.
