Kimberly Blanche serves as CareCloud's General Counsel and VP Compliance. In these roles, she is responsible for the company's legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs, including strategic counsel of mergers and acquisitions, legal, and business matters. Ms. Blanche first joined CareCloud, formerly MTBC, in 2018 as a Corporate Attorney. Prior to joining CareCloud, she practiced corporate law as well as pharmaceutical and general business litigation for a prestigious New Jersey law firm. Ms. Blanche is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board.
