Greg Shorten is the chief revenue officer at CareCloud, the platform for high-performing medical groups. He is responsible for the sales of CareCloud’s suite of cloud-based software and services for the ambulatory healthcare market.

Greg joined CareCloud’s executive leadership team in January 2017, bringing a proven track record for building high-producing sales teams, eclipsing sales goals, rapidly expanding business base and penetrating markets with new products.

Most of Greg’s 25 years of experience was spent at Allscripts, where he most recently held the role of senior vice president of sales for the company’s professional division. In this role, he led a top performing team of more than 90 sales executives, managers and vice presidents focused on selling clinical, revenue cycle and patient engagement solutions to physician practices. He most recently worked at Validic, where he served as senior vice president of sales, leading direct and channel partner sales for a digital health platform enabling healthcare companies to connect wearable and home medical devices. He began his career at U.S. Surgical as a sales executive.

Greg earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. He is based in Raleigh and Miami.
