Paul is the vice president of product marketing at CareCloud, the platform for high-performing medical groups. He is responsible for creating market awareness for CareCloud’s suite of market-leading solutions and for developing the positioning, messaging and go-to- market strategies to introduce new products to the market. Paul also leads customer experience initiatives focused on winning raving fans.
Paul joined CareCloud’s executive leadership team in September 2016 from athenahealth, where he was Director of Product Marketing responsible for population health, electronics health records and patient engagement network enabled services representing over $500M in annual contract value.
During his more than 20 years of marketing and product management leadership experience, Paul has worked with leading technology global brands. Prior to athenahealth, he spent over 10 years at Microsoft, heading global marketing efforts for its $4B Microsoft Services Business and its US Subsidiary Developer and Application Platform Evangelism product marketing organization. Prior to Microsoft, he led global product management at Aspect Development (acquired by i2 Technologies) focused on electronic design and supply optimization. Paul also served as a strategy consultant at Accenture in its Supply Chain Strategy Practice. He began his career at Rockwell Automation as a product manager of industrial sensors.
Paul earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is based in Boston and Miami.
