Albert Santalo, Chairman

Mr. Santalo is President and CEO of CareCloud Corporation. An experienced entrepreneur, he founded the Company in 2009 with the vision of becoming a healthcare information technology leader focused on eliminating the waste and inefficiency in the healthcare industry today. Previously, Mr. Santalo was Founder and Chairman of Avisena, a software-enabled revenue cycle management company in the healthcare industry where he worked from 2004 to 2008. He is the lead inventor and has a U.S. patent pending for Avisena's Accounts Receivable Management Methodology. Mr. Santalo also has extensive experience in working with Global 2000 companies, assisting them with business process transformation. He previously worked at The Hackett Group/Answerthink (NASDAQ: HCKT), a management and technology consulting firm, where he served as Director in the IT Transformation and Strategy Practice. Some of his global clients included Bausch and Lomb, Ivax Pharmaceuticals, Roche Pharmaceuticals, AOL/Time Warner, Waste Management, 3Com Corporation, Republic Industries, Florida Power and Light, ADP/TotalSource, Alliance Data Systems, Precision Response Corporation, AutoNation USA, and First Data Corporation. Santalo has also held several leadership positions at information technology consulting and outsourcing firms. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Florida International University and is a member of various industry associations. He is the recipient of the FIU 2004 Charles E. Perry Visionary Award for outstanding alumni and was inducted to the FIU Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2006.

Mr. de Cardenas is currently Executive Vice President and General Counsel for MasTec, a leading specialty contractor for communications companies, utilities and governments throughout the United States. He was previously Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Perry Ellis (NASDAQ: PERY) and a practicing corporate law attorney with Broad and Cassel. Mr. de Cardenas was also formerly an auditor with Deloite & Touche LLP. Mr. de Cardenas holds a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University, a Master of Science in taxation from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida (inactive).

Mr. Palenzuela was previously a practicing attorney devoted primarily to healthcare transactional matters. He possesses significant experience testifying before committees of the U.S. House of Representatives on issues relating to healthcare reform and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (International Finance) and Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami.
