CareCloud President and CEO Albert Santalo was honored at the South Florida Business Journal’s Entrepreneur Awards 2012, where CareCloud was presented the Product/Service of the Year Award.
The Entrepreneur Awards recognize entrepreneurs that are building innovative companies from the ground up in the South Florida region, providing quality jobs and boosting the local economy.
“We are pleased and honored to be recognized by South Florida Business Journal and the local entrepreneurial community with this award,” said Mr. Santalo.
“CareCloud’s mission is an ambitious one – we believe that healthcare technology too often fails physicians and their practices, and that it must be rebuilt from the core. In support of this mission, we intend to build a great technology company that both draws from, and contributes to, the growing South Florida community and business ecosystem.”
CareCloud was chosen after an extensive research and interview process conducted by both South Florida Business Journal and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
Driver On Demand LLC dba RedCap, iHealthSpot and PlasTech Innovations were the three other finalists in the Product/Service of the Year category, and we want to congratulate them as well on creating amazing companies in our community.
