CareCloud Campus makes it easier than ever to get the answers you need to your user questions.
CareCloud Campus is an education and training portal available to all customers on the CareCloud system, including patients, physicians, administrators, billers or even employees of businesses that have built applications on our platform. Within the CareCloud Campus, you’ll find a wealth of informational videos and articles explaining how to use the various features and apps of the CareCloud system.
“We’ve found when training users on the CareCloud system that it’s easiest for people to learn when they can see the system in action, the way it’s actually used in a practice,” says Vince Cartaya, CareCloud’s Operations Content Specialist. “We focused on developing useful video content that introduces the system in a friendly way and answers users’ common questions. But to meet each client’s individual learning preference, we also provided informative written articles on the same material.”
The tutorials in CareCloud Campus range in breadth and depth of information covered so as to give users of all experience levels the kinds of answers they need.
Some videos or articles provide a general introduction to a topic, such as “Password Setup” or “Your Homepage Dashboards.” Others take a more detailed look at a specialized subject within a certain category of app on the system. Within the Charts EHR app, you can learn about “The Doctor’s Note” or “Managing Orders.” In the Claims app, you can watch a piece on “Submitting Claims” or “Fixing Validation Errors.”
Clients are already seeing the benefits of using CareCloud Campus to streamline the learning curve and get their teams trained quickly.

CareCloud Campus can be accessed from any screen in the CareCloud system by clicking on the graduation cap image in the left-hand margin. Over fifty tutorials are already available to users, and new features – including skill certification tests – will be coming soon.
